Commercial Architect



Commercial Architects are responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments. They work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, aesthetically pleasing designs that meet building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and budget
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise
- Review contractor bids and select the most suitable option for the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and project team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Faro (relocation assistance provided)
