Commercial Architect - Faro, Portugal


We are in search of a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Oversee the construction process to ensure design is implemented accurately
- Manage budget and timelines for projects
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

The role is based in Faro, Portugal.
