Moderator for Online Gaming Platform in Monte-Carlo



We are a leading online gaming platform based in Monte-Carlo, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Moderator to join our dynamic team. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and fair operation of our gaming platform, while providing excellent customer support to our players.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online chat rooms and forums to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies
- Investigate and resolve player disputes or issues in a timely manner
- Enforce game rules and regulations to maintain a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for all players
- Provide friendly and efficient customer support through various channels including email, live chat, and social media
- Collaborate with other team members to identify potential issues and suggest solutions for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve our platform

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Moderator or similar role in an online gaming environment
- Strong understanding of online gaming platforms, trends, and community dynamics
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English (fluency in other languages is a plus)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends or evenings as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month. We also offer benefits including health insurance, gym membership, and annual bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Monte-Carlo but remote work options may be available for exceptional candidates.
