Job Title: Executive Chef (Indian Cuisine) - Salalah, Oman
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Salalah, Oman. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef specializing in Indian cuisine to showcase their skills and lead a team of culinary professionals.
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's food and beverage operations, with a focus on creating and maintaining high-quality Indian dishes. You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Director to develop menus, manage inventory and costs, and ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant, with a strong background in Indian cuisine. A degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred. You must have excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff.
This role requires strong organizational abilities, as well as the ability to work efficiently under pressure. As an English-speaking job in Oman, proficiency in English is required. We welcome applicants of all nationalities who possess the necessary qualifications and experience.
