Office Assistant

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various office tasks. This includes organizing and maintaining files, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, and managing office supplies. You will also assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and payments. This role does not require previous experience, making it a great opportunity for students or those looking to gain office experience. The salary for this position is 1700$, and accommodation is provided. Visa sponsorship may also be available for non-national candidates. This position is located in Manama, the capital city of Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage office supplies
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Process invoices and payments
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
