Heavy Equipment Operator


We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to perform various construction and maintenance tasks. Your main duties will include operating equipment according to project specifications, conducting pre- and post-operational checks, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid certification or license for heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Proficient knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Physically fit to operate heavy equipment in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception skills

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to project plans and specifications
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning before use
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Communicate with team members on site to ensure safe movement of materials
- Comply with all safety regulations and procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean work area by removing debris, fueling machines, and organizing tools
- Report any issues or malfunctions with the equipment immediately

Benefits:
