Plasterer for Immediate Hire in Kaunas, Lithuania


We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team for immediate hire in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. Your main goal will be to create a smooth and even surface ready for painting or decorating.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster and apply it onto surfaces using trowels, brushes, or spray guns
- Smooth out rough spots and ensure an even finish
- Create decorative textures using tools such as sponges or brushes
- Repair cracks and holes in walls or ceilings before applying plaster
- Install corner beads and wire mesh as needed
- Clean up work area after completing job
- Follow safety procedures and use protective gear while working

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Knowledge of various types of plaster and their applications
- Familiarity with tools such as trowels, brushes, and spray guns
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding if needed
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
