Junior Commercial Architect in Los Angeles, USA


We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, USA. As a leading architecture firm, we specialize in designing innovative commercial spaces that meet the needs of our clients. This is a great opportunity for an Egyptian individual with strong English communication skills who is looking to start their career in the US without prior experience or accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior architects and project managers to assist in the design and development of commercial projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure project requirements are met within budget and timeline
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide efficient and sustainable design solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A portfolio showcasing previous commercial projects is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position will be $900 per month.

Location:
This job is based in Los Angeles, USA. The selected candidate must be willing to relocate at their own expense.
