The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture and will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for our clients' commercial projects. As a Commercial Architect, you will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all projects are completed within the given budget and timeline.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed architectural drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure that all designs meet safety and building code requirements
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is being built according to the design plans
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction processes
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Los Angeles, USA

Our ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial projects in Kenya, as well as a strong understanding of local building codes and regulations. As a Commercial Architect, you will work closely with clients to create functional and visually appealing designs for their commercial projects.
