As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant located in Lahore. You will be expected to maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall profitability. Your main goal is to ensure that our customers have an exceptional dining experience while maximizing revenue and minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness, food safety standards, and excellent customer service.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff members to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and ensure that all dishes meet our high-quality standards.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Handle all customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide training or coaching as needed.
- Maintain cost control measures to meet budgetary goals.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant operation with high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
