Machine Learning Engineer for Biometric Passport Development in Faro, Portugal

As a Machine Learning Engineer for Biometric Passport Development, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models for biometric passport systems. You will work closely with a team of engineers and data scientists to create cutting-edge solutions that ensure the security and efficiency of biometric passport systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models for biometric passport systems
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to optimize algorithm performance
- Conduct data analysis and visualization to identify patterns and trends in biometric data
- Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy of algorithm results
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and apply them to improve system performance
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in developing machine learning algorithms and models
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or Java
- Strong knowledge of machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or scikit-learn
- Experience working with biometric data is preferred
- Knowledge of biometric passport systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills

Salary: 1000$ per month (part-time)

Location: Faro, Portugal. Relocation assistance may be provided for non-local candidates.
