A construction company in Hawalli is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with a preference for men, fluent in Malayalam and with experience in the construction industry. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$, as well as accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Hire and supervise sub-contractors, ensuring they adhere to project timelines and standards.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other service providers.
- Keep track of project progress and report regularly to upper management.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on site at all times.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English proficiency is not required).
- Thorough knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.
