Office Administrator
Our company in Jerusalem is seeking an efficient and organized Office Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations and providing administrative support to all departments. This is an ideal opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with minimal experience looking to kickstart their career.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain calendars
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations
- Help organize company events and activities
- Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus)
- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1200$ per month
Location: Jerusalem (no accommodation provided)
