We are hiring a dynamic and enthusiastic Moderator to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online forums, discussions, and communities to ensure a safe and positive environment for users.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums and discussions to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Engage with users in a professional and respectful manner
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate any issues to appropriate teams
- Identify and report inappropriate content or behavior
- Analyze user data and provide insights to improve community engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for community growth and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proficient in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Knowledge of moderation tools and techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
