Loader Operator
Location: Nairobi, Kenya


As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to move materials and load trucks in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loading equipment such as front-end loaders, skid steers, and excavators
- Load materials onto trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Ensure proper positioning of materials for safe transport
- Inspect equipment before and after use for any defects or malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery preferred
- Physical strength and endurance to perform manual labor tasks in all weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of machine mechanics and maintenance procedures
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in loading materials onto vehicles

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday. Some overtime may be required depending on project needs.

Experience Requirements:
No previous experience is required for this position. On-the-job training will be provided.

Language Requirements:
No specific language requirements are necessary for this position. However, proficiency in English or Swahili may be beneficial in communicating with supervisors and team members.

Education Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
