A reputable manufacturing company in Nairobi is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and programming CNC machines, as well as a strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, with the possibility for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to technical drawings and specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Program machines using appropriate software
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production process
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a CNC Operator
- Proficiency in programming and operating CNC machines
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with Fanuc or Haas controls
- Knowledge of G-code programming language
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting
