Teamlead for Women's Empowerment Program in Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teamlead to oversee our Women's Empowerment Program in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in implementing and managing the program, which aims to provide support and resources for women in need.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of program coordinators, counselors, and volunteers
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively reach and serve women in the community
- Collaborate with local organizations and government agencies to enhance program services
- Oversee budgeting, fundraising, and reporting processes
- Plan and facilitate workshops, events, and activities for program participants
- Provide guidance and support to program staff in handling challenging situations or cases
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience working with vulnerable populations or in community-based programs
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Strong understanding of women's issues and empowerment strategies
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with diverse teams
- Sensitivity towards cultural differences and ability to work with individuals from various backgrounds

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. As our organization values work-life balance, this position also offers flexible working hours. We do not require English proficiency for this role; however, fluency in Hebrew is necessary. This job does not provide accommodation but we are happy to assist with finding suitable housing options.
