Team Lead - Project Management (Indian Nationals Only)


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead to join our project management team in Los Angeles. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of project managers and ensuring timely and successful completion of projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Monitor project progress, identify any issues or risks, and develop solutions to keep projects on track
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including senior management
- Identify areas for process improvement within the project management team

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Los Angeles with own visa or work permit
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
