A reputable bakery in Faisalabad is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, such as bread, pastries, and cakes, following traditional and modern recipes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes
- Follow traditional and modern recipes to create high-quality products
- Ensure all ingredients are properly measured and mixed to the correct consistency
- Monitor baking process to ensure goods are cooked at the right temperature and for the appropriate amount of time
- Decorate pastries and cakes with creative designs according to customer requests
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flour, yeast, and other baking ingredients
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Creativity in decorating baked goods
Beneficial Skills:
- Experience working with sourdough or specialty breads
- Knowledge of gluten-free or vegan baking techniques
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Culinary degree preferred.
