Baker Assistant


We are in need of a skilled and dedicated Baker Assistant to join our team at our bakery in Faisalabad. As a Baker Assistant, you will assist our head baker in preparing and baking delicious pastries, breads, and other baked goods. Your role will involve various tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, shaping and decorating pastries, and ensuring the cleanliness of the work area.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the head baker in preparing doughs, fillings, and toppings for various baked goods
- Measure ingredients accurately and follow recipes to ensure consistency in taste
- Roll out doughs and shape them into desired forms
- Decorate pastries with icing, glazes, or other toppings
- Monitor baking process to ensure proper temperature and time are followed
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Help with inventory management by restocking ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations when handling food products

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a baker assistant or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flours, sugars, flavorings, etc.
- Familiarity with baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, etc.
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Good time-management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

This position is based in Faisalabad.
