Entry-Level Plasterer in Faroe Islands


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Plasterer to join our team in Faroe Islands. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing and applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces according to construction plans and specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with limited experience in the field to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them, removing old plaster or paint
- Measure, cut, and install plasterboards or other materials to cover surfaces
- Mix plaster ingredients and apply the mixture onto surfaces using trowels or other tools
- Smooth out the plaster by hand or with a finishing trowel
- Create decorative textures by using brushes, sponges, or spray guns
- Repair cracks and holes in walls, ceilings, or other surfaces
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
- Previous experience in construction or related field is a plus
- Basic knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their applications
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Physical strength and dexterity to work with heavy materials
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
