Courier Supervisor

As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our courier team in Izhevsk. Your main duty will be to ensure that all deliveries are completed in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing and training the courier staff, as well as coordinating with other departments to streamline processes and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the courier team
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in accordance with company standards
- Train new couriers and monitor their performance
- Assign delivery routes and schedules to couriers
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues related to deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses, and other related data
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Implement safety procedures and guidelines for couriers

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Malayalam language skills preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Own valid visa for working in Izhevsk (with accommodation provided by the company)
