We are a leading data analytics company based in Shan, Kenya. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends, and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize and analyze large datasets using various tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Develop data models and algorithms to extract insights from complex data sets
- Communicate findings and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau or other data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and draw meaningful insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- A team player with strong problem-solving skills
