Senior Architect - Multan, Pakistan



As a Senior Architect at our renowned architecture firm in Multan, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and development of various projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to deliver high-quality architectural solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct site visits and analyze site conditions.
- Create conceptual and schematic designs.
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations.
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements and present design options.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure integration of structural, mechanical, electrical systems into the design.
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Review construction documents for accuracy and compliance with codes and regulations.
- Oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect in a reputable firm.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Pakistan.
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
