Senior Architect


We are hiring a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Gujrat. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings, structures, and other projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop innovative and sustainable solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of architectural principles and practices. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available. Suitable for both men and women.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to completion
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Oversee the work of junior architects and drafters
- Ensure all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise
- Review and approve project budgets, timelines, and proposals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
