We are a seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance and repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting. You must also have a valid biometric passport for international travel.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on our properties
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures and appliances
- Complete basic carpentry tasks such as installing shelves or repairing furniture
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
