As a Teamlead in Odense, Denmark, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals, including delegating tasks, providing guidance and support, and evaluating performance
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful completion of projects
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address any issues or concerns, and provide updates on project status
- Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Identify areas for improvement within the team or processes and implement necessary changes
- Act as a point of contact for any escalations or issues that arise during projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to lead teams towards achieving goals
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Danish proficiency is an asset)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.
