Front Desk Receptionist (Arabic speaking)
We are a luxury hotel located in Al-Rayyan, seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be fluent in Arabic. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications in a timely manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Manage room assignments and ensure that guest preferences are met
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist with concierge services such as booking tours or making restaurant reservations
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month with potential for growth within the company.
