Carpenter



We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Carpenter, your main responsibility will be to construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to the project plans
- Cut, shape and smooth materials using hand or power tools
- Assemble and fasten materials together using nails, screws or adhesives
- Install structures such as windows, doors, frames, floors and trim using appropriate tools and techniques
- Inspect finished product for quality control and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain equipment in good condition by performing regular maintenance
- Follow safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings and sketches
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Good understanding of carpentry techniques and methods
- Physical strength with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
Our company offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this contract job. We also provide accommodation for our foreign employees. No English language skills are required for this position.
