Land Surveyor - Ar Rumaythiyah, Nepal


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, Nepal. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and collecting data on land and structures for various construction projects. You must have prior experience in land surveying and be able to work independently. This position does not require English proficiency but requires experience in the field. Accommodation will not be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and 3D laser scanners
- Collect data on topography, boundaries, and existing structures
- Create detailed maps and reports based on survey data
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Manage survey equipment maintenance and calibration
- Adhere to safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment including GPS, total stations, and 3D laser scanners
- Knowledge of surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Ability to interpret survey data and create accurate maps and reports
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical fitness
- Valid driver's license

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
