We are looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including hiring and training staff, managing budgets, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Hire, train, and manage staff members to ensure high-quality service
- Develop and implement procedures for efficient restaurant operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and maintain budgets to ensure profitability
- Oversee the restaurant's daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling shifts, and managing reservations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
