Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring, mapping, and analyzing land areas for various construction projects. You will use specialized equipment and techniques to accurately determine the boundaries, elevation, and other features of a piece of land. This position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and physical stamina.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using GPS and other surveying equipment
- Analyze survey data to create maps, plots, and reports
- Determine property boundaries and legal descriptions
- Prepare detailed drawings of land features
- Identify potential environmental or safety concerns on the land
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on construction projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on survey progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in land surveying (preferred)
- Proficiency in using GPS and other surveying equipment
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements
- Ability to read maps and interpret legal documents
- Physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members

Salary: $1200 per month
