Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Lusail, Qatar)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and customer service.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote the restaurant's brand.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain our high standards.
- Collaborate with chefs to develop new menu items and specials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine setting.
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with additional benefits such as health insurance, annual leave, flight ticket allowance, etc.
