Concierge Assistant



Our luxury hotel in the historic city of Acre is seeking a Concierge Assistant to join our team. This position is perfect for someone looking for a temporary job without experience, as we are willing to train the right candidate. This role is also suitable for non-native English speakers, making it an ideal opportunity for Indian nationals living in Acre.

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our concierge team in providing exceptional service to our guests. Your duties will include answering phone calls, making reservations, coordinating transportation, and fulfilling special guest requests. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk and lobby area.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills. You should be able to work under pressure and have a strong attention to detail. As this is an urgent position, we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
