We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Aalborg. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects within our company. Your role will involve working closely with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of architects, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of all projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.
- Oversee the design process, ensuring that all plans are accurate, efficient, and compliant with regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Review project budgets and timelines to ensure they are being met.
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in projects.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in architecture management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex architectural projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards a common goal.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of relevant software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation in Aalborg.
