Agricultural Farm Manager


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Agricultural Farm Manager to oversee our farm operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the farm, including crop production, livestock management, equipment maintenance, and staff supervision. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all farming activities, including planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust farming practices accordingly.
- Ensure proper care and management of livestock, including feeding, breeding, and health monitoring.
- Maintain farm equipment and machinery to ensure efficient operation.
- Hire and train farm workers to perform various tasks.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize crop yield and quality.
- Monitor market trends to determine the best crops to grow for maximum profit.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in managing an agricultural farm.
- Knowledge of crop cultivation techniques, irrigation systems, pest control methods, and livestock management.
- Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work long hours and handle physically demanding tasks.
