Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (El-Ain)
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant in El-Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, inventory, and budget
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all employees
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent service and ensure consistent quality of food
- Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and ensure timely delivery of food to customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor financial performance of the restaurant, controlling costs and maximizing profits
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred
- Experience with budget management, inventory control, and cost analysis
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary: $1200 per month
Contract job: 1-year contract with possibility for renewal
Location: El-Ain, UAE (Indian nationals preferred)
