Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager in our busy and popular establishment located in the vibrant city of El-Ain, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring quality customer service, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train staff on proper procedures and protocols
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Oversee food preparation to maintain high quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain financial records including budgeting, sales reports, and inventory management
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the food industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino language skills are also highly desirable)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must have own visa (UAE residency preferred)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
