Senior Barista in Ar Rumaythiyah, Egypt


We are currently seeking a Senior Barista to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, Egypt. As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our coffee shop.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to customer preferences
- Train and supervise other baristas on proper drink preparation techniques
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all drinks served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Create and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service
- Resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new drink recipes

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a barista in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art skills preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
$1100 per month
