Indian Restaurant Manager in Hawalli


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Hawalli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, customer service, inventory, and financial management. As an Indian Restaurant Manager, you will need to have a strong understanding of Indian cuisine and culture, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Train and manage staff members, including scheduling shifts and handling performance evaluations
- Create and maintain inventory management systems to ensure adequate supplies are always available
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales
- Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, such as budgeting, cost control, and reporting
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and employees
- Continuously monitor food quality to ensure it meets our standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Experience with inventory management, budgeting, cost control, and reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
