Restaurant Manager - Canadian Cuisine (English-Speaking)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Canadian cuisine restaurant in Hawalli. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a particular focus on Canadian cuisine. As an English-speaking establishment, fluency in English is required. This is a full-time position, offering a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, finances, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Train and supervise all front of house and kitchen staff
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, changes, or new policies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry
- Extensive knowledge of Canadian cuisine and food trends
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and inventory control
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
