Handyman/Handywoman in Nizwa Contract Position


We have an urgent need for a skilled and experienced Handyman/Handywoman to join our team in Nizwa. As a Handyman/Handywoman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various aspects of buildings, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, and patching walls
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring and outlets
- Install new plumbing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, and showers
- Repair or replace damaged flooring, doors, windows, and other building components
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Handyman/Handywoman in a professional setting
- Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and other basic maintenance tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- High attention to detail to ensure all repairs are completed accurately
