Architectural Designer



We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional architectural plans and concepts for various projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to gather requirements and create design solutions
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure designs are feasible
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and techniques to continuously improve design quality
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and environmental standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Israel or similar region
- Fluency in Hebrew or Arabic
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
