Office Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Sheduva. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary are a plus
Salary: 1500$
City: Sheduva
Nationality: Preference for locals but open to foreigners with valid work permit.
Language: English fluency required.
Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours/week)
Experience: No experience required but previous office or administrative experience is preferred.
