We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Teamlead to join our team in Braga. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a small team, ensuring that project goals and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of employees in completing assigned tasks and projects
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and addressing any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide updates
- Train new team members on company procedures and expectations
- Work closely with upper management to develop strategies for improving team performance
- Maintain accurate records of team activities and progress towards goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Braga.

Working hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.

Qualifications:
No experience is required for this position. However, candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
