We are hiring a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Shan. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our green spaces. You will work with a variety of plants, flowers, and trees to create visually appealing landscapes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plant, water, and fertilize various types of plants according to their specific needs
- Prune and trim trees, bushes, and hedges to maintain their shape and promote healthy growth
- Monitor the health of all plants and treat any diseases or pests as needed
- Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, and weeding as necessary
- Install irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Design and create landscape layouts for different areas such as gardens, parks, or commercial properties
- Use various gardening tools and equipment such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, and shovels

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plants and their care needs
- Ability to identify diseases or pests affecting plants and take appropriate action
- Familiarity with landscaping design techniques is a plus
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for long periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within given deadlines
