We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Balzers. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing schedules, answering phone calls and emails, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with basic accounting tasks.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an office setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in English (German or other languages are a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and appointments for managers and staff
- Answer phone calls and emails, redirecting as necessary
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry and processing invoices
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Ensure the office is kept clean and organized at all times
