Sales Manager - Svalbard


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Svalbard. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and managing a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales and management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the local market. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Attend industry events to network and promote company products/services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience in management or leadership role preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Must have a biometric passport
