Sales Manager
We are hiring a skilled Sales Manager to join our growing team in Svalbard. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company's goals
- Identify potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management
- Train and motivate sales team members to achieve their targets
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and production to ensure smooth operations
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company's products/services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and principles
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.
Location:
This is a full-time position located in Svalbard. Relocation assistance may be provided if necessary.
