Baker (Pakistani/Filipino) in Bayan



We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in Bayan. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes. You will also be responsible for decorating and presenting these items in an appealing manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of goods according to recipes and customer requests
- Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Ensure all baked goods are of high quality and meet food safety standards
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Take inventory of baking supplies and make orders when needed
- Train new employees on baking techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker or relevant role
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Pakistani or Filipino cuisine is a plus
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not required
- Ability to speak additional languages is a plus

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable depending on experience)

City: Bayan (accommodation provided)
